Reviews and Ratings
My recent stay at this hotel was disappointing, with issues ranging from unclean sheets to inadequately maintained rooms. I appreciated the staff's effort to find a suitable room for me, but the overall quality left much to be desired. Despite the beautiful views and promise of space, the musty smell and dated furniture made for an unsatisfactory experience. The location is convenient for a variety of local dining options, which is a definite plus.
I really enjoyed my time at this resort, especially the cleanliness and the spacious Admiral suite that was perfect for our group. The pool and hot tub were lovely for relaxation, even though some guests were a bit inconsiderate. On the downside, I did have some trouble with the refrigerator freezing my food, even after maintenance came to help. Overall, I felt it offered great value with its proximity to attractions and local dining options.
My recent stay was filled with highs and lows. The spacious rooms were definitely a highlight, offering plenty of space for my group. However, the service left much to be desired, with issues regarding housekeeping and response times. The location was decent, close to dining options, but the overall experience was marred by cleanliness issues in the common areas.
I had a wonderful stay at the resort, enjoying the beautifully landscaped grounds and the relaxing pool area. The rooms were generally clean and well-equipped, although I felt the furnishings were a bit dated and the mattresses could use some improvement. While I encountered a few minor inconveniences due to weather issues, the staff was quick to respond. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would consider coming back again.
My family and I have been returning to Marina Bay every summer for the past seven years. The spacious Admiral suite is perfect for us, providing ample room to relax, with two bathrooms and comfortable sleeping arrangements. The heated pool and the lovely game room are great for keeping everyone entertained, even on rainy days. However, it's worth noting that noise from the nearby highway can be distracting, particularly if you're looking for a quiet retreat.
